Burnout 3 must get here faster

Burnout 2 is excellent, and burnout 3 shall be live-enabled. It just needs to get here faster! Faster!

Also, this is a second paragraph.

Rio Karma Sadness

I recently heard that you can fix a Rio Karma when it gets unhappy about its hard disk by wanging it against a desk or otherwise giving it a good shock. Sadly, after I heard about this, I had to do it. It was making all kinds of clicky sounds and what not. But it works again.

If I were them, I wouldn't buy any hard disks from that company ever again.

TMBG should only do synthpop

I hadn't picked up any TMBG non-collection albums or EPs for several years, but now I have a copy of the Indestructible Object EP. "Am I Awake?" is a thoroughly excellent piece of synthpop. If I knew the fancy words that one uses to decompose a song into its various themes and movements, I would use them to great effect at approximately this portion of the paragraph. But I don't. Very good track though.

Gah! I forgot all about posting so my visualization thing would have data. So here's a post. And I predict a nother post in the near future! Near!

New Order Spinoffs

I highly recommend Monaco and The Other Two to anyone who likes New Order, and perhaps Electronic as well.

Back From Vacation

And boy are my arms tired. Hah hah hah! I kill me. Seriously, I need to make up gibberish posts for visualization purposes. At least there's a good dead time interval now that will perhaps make visualization more interesting. Or not. Who knows. I'm really just padding. Pad, pad pad, that's all I do.

last pre-entering entry

Okay, so this should be the last entry for testing. The plugin gets entered today or not at all. Of course, this does not mean development on the plugin stops. But it means I might sleep more. Oh how I yearn for sleep. (Actually the sleep issue is unrelated to the plugin, and more to outside world factors.)

Ulti-roomba

I want a roomba that is shaped like a wedge so that as it drives around, it can burrow under the crap on the floor, vacuum the carpet, then the crap will fall down again. I think it's a good idea. Brilliant, some might say.

sleepy post

I shall write this post now and save it as a draft, but not publish it until after another post! Then we shall see what date is what. Muahaha.

(Well actually, there's obviously an authored on value down at the bottom of the page, which presumably has direct mapping, but I want to verify the record will be updated subsequently, as opposed to nuked and re-created anew, etc.)

A Visualization News Site

Everyone check out nooface. It's not as updated as it once was, but it's not dead, and has pretty pictures sometimes.

Addiction never sufficiently begun

I haven't played FF XI for a while... but I'm paying money for it. I really should get hooked on it, but I really don't have the time to do so. I have some friends who have subscriptions, but they haven't played for a while either. Ah well.

There are a lot of system invocation mechanisms

There's system, exec*, spawn*, popen*, and more coming! I like system() and the Popen3 and Popen4 classes the most, because they do what I need.
